CSW69/ Beijing+30 NGO Briefing CSW69 Recommendations

The year 2025 will mark the 30th anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women and the adoption of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (1995). The forthcoming CSW will focus on the review of the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Beijing Platform for Action (BPFa) over the past 30 years. On the 27th of January, at the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science (OCW) in the Hague, the annual NGO briefing for the 69th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69) was held, attended by the Dutch Government Delegation and a large number of representatives of the civil society organisations. On this occasion, the NGO recommendations were presented to the delegation and addressed 12 critical areas of concern included in the Beijing Platform for Action (BPfA).
