Looking Back to 2023: International Gender Champion’s Commitment 2023
Director Sabra Bano, an unwavering International Gender Champion and women's rights activist, actively participated and collaborated with Dutch organisations on Agreed Conclusions CSW66. The CSW67 yielded recommendations aimed at creating an inclusive digital world for women and girls in furthering the cause of gender equality and female leadership following on below mentioned IGC Commitment for the year 2023:
- Advancing Global Gender Electoral Policy: Within the framework of Dutch Feminist Foreign Policy enhancing gender electoral policy worldwide.
- Contributing to Agreed Conclusions CSW67: Contributing to the input in shaping Agreed Conclusions at CSW67, emphasising "innovation and technological change in the digital age for achieving gender equality and empowerment of all women and girls."
As an active member of Dutch network of CSOs working on CSW, the organisation continues tobeing a driving force for positive change, supporting female leadership and advancing gender equality in collaboration with other stakeholders, contributing to policy discussions, and working towards creating a more equitable world for women and girls.
